At a ceremony, the Chief Executive Officer of Hereafter Ghana, Alimatu Sadia Nuhu, said education is not just a fundamental right but rather the key that unlocks the doors of opportunity and empowerment.

She added that unfortunately, many children around the world are deprived of this basic right due to various challenges and assured that they are determined to change that narrative at the Galinkpegu community.

“This donation is not merely about material possessions; it is about investing in the future of our community. It is about empowering our children to dream bigger, reach higher, and achieve their fullest potential. These dual desks will not just provide a comfortable place to sit and learn; they will serve as the foundation upon which dreams are built. These textbooks and exercise books will not just contain words and numbers; they will contain the knowledge and wisdom that will shape the leaders of tomorrow,” Sadia Nuhu said.

She encouraged the pupils not to give up but work hard to achieve their dreams because they are the future leaders of the country.

“Dream big, work hard, and never underestimate the power of education to transform your life. Each one of you has the potential to achieve greatness, and we believe in you wholeheartedly,” she said.

Chief Executive Officer of Hereafter Ghana, appealed to the management of the school to ensure they maintain the donated items for the betterment of the school.

Tolon District Director of Education, Alhaji Alhassan Sumani, commended Hereafter Ghana for the donation adding that the support is timely.

“Your contributions have not only provided furniture but also instilled hope and confidence in the hearts of our students, empowering them to dream bigger and aim higher.”

“This means that over 14,240 learners have no seating places out of a total student population of 34, 698,” he said.

He urged the school management to commit their time and energy to guide the pupils for the development of the community and the country.

“Your dedication and passion for education are the driving forces behind the transformational impact you have on the lives of our young learners,” he added.
