Former Kumasi Mayor, Kojo Bonsu, has extended his congratulations to Professor Naana Opoku Agyemang on her nomination as the Running Mate (RM) to former President John Dramani Mahama for the upcoming 2024 elections.
In a statement signed by the former GOIL Board Chair, Bonsu expressed his admiration for Professor Agyemang’s hard work, determination, and commitment to rescuing the nation. He commended Mahama’s choice of Agyemang as his running mate, believing that she will complement his ticket and lead them to victory in the December 7 polls.
Bonsu also expressed his belief that Agyemang has the potential to make history as Ghana’s first female Vice President. He emphasized her unparalleled credentials and capacity to contribute to the progress and development of the country under Mahama’s leadership.
Calling on all members of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) fraternity, Bonsu urged them to embrace Agyemang and actively support her candidacy. He emphasized the importance of collective efforts in working towards the national restoration agenda and urged everyone to play their part.
Bonsu concluded his statement by expressing confidence that, with the grace of Almighty God, the NDC would emerge victorious in the 2024 general elections, thus restoring the lost glories of Ghana.
