Lilwin Case Docket Sent To AG

Lilwin

THE DOCKET of the case of actor Kwadwo Nkansah, popularly known as ‘Lilwin’, has been forwarded to the Office of the Attorney General for advice.

This came to light when the actor appeared before the Asokore Mampong District Court near Kumasi on Thursday morning.

Lilwin has been charged for dangerous driving and negligently causing harm after his car crashed with another car in Kumasi.

The actor sustained leg injuries, whilst a three-year-old boy, who was in another vehicle with his father, sadly lost his life after the crash.

The prosecution team told the court that the case docket has been forwarded to the AG’s office for advice so the case should be adjourned.

They, therefore, appealed to the presiding judge, Samuel Buabin Quansah, to adjourn the case to a different date, which he granted.

The court has consequently adjourned the case to July 29, 2024, when the actor would reappear in court for continuation of the case.
