The leader of Nigeria’s Biafra separatist group, Nnamdu Kanu, is due to stand trial today.
Mr. Kanu was arrested in June and extradited to Nigeria as announced by the Nigerian government.
Reports say he is facing charges of terrorism, treason and illegal possession of firearms.
