The Institute of Public Relations (IPR), Ghana, will host its 2025 National Public Relations Summit from November 13 to 15 2025 at the Western Serene Atlantic Hotel, Takoradi, the Western Region.
The summit, themed, “Reimagining Public Relations in a Contemporary World,” is the organisation’s annual event, which brings together public relations professionals from across Ghana to exchange ideas, deliberate on the business of the Institute, and celebrate excellence in the profession.
President of IPR Ghana, Esther A. N. Cobbah, emphasised that the Summit is not just a professional gathering, but a moment of reflection, renewal, and rededication to the values that define the profession, stating that communicators must continue to be innovative and lead with integrity.
“The National PR Summit is more than a professional gathering; it is a moment of reflection, renewal, and rededication to the values that define our profession. As communicators, we must continue to innovate and lead with integrity, ensuring that our work strengthens connection, understanding, and progress in society,” she explained.
The Summit offers a unique platform for practitioners from the public, private, and non-profit sectors to reflect on the evolving role of public relations in building trust, shaping relationships, and contributing to national development through effective and ethical communication.
The Paramount Chief of Esikado Traditional area, Nana Kobina Nketsia, is the Special Guest of Honour at the three day event which will feature key activities including, a forum to explore emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities shaping the public relations and communications landscape, an induction ceremony for newly qualified members who have successfully completed various levels of the IPR, Ghana Accreditation Programme and excellence awards night to celebrate outstanding achievements, innovation, and integrity in public relations practice.
