Real Estate Developer, Rasheeda Adams, has launched a book titled, ‘A Roof Over One’s Head’ at the African Regent Hotel in Accra last Thursday.
The book is a comprehensive guide to exploring all steps from realising the need for property investment in Ghana and the African continent to conducting research and also identifying profitable investment properties.
It is also a manual to financing and securing real estate assets and managing one’s real estate assets to realise lucrative profits.
The book also contains Rasheeda’s personal lessons to guide readers on their real estate journey.
The launch ceremony on Thursday attracted a number of personalities including politician and lawyer Joyce Bawah Mogtari; entertainer and politician Fritz Baffour; educator Eugenia Tachie–Menson and a host of others.
Speaking at the ceremony, Rasheeda indicated that “the dream of owning a home is not limited to the rich,” as she encouraged the young and old, poor and rich to grab copies of the book because it will be beneficial to them.
Rasheeda is a real estate investor & broker, CEO, and founder of City Spaces, a property development, brokerage, and management company.
She is described as an influencer and thought-leader in both the media and real estate scene.
‘A Roof Over One’s Head’ is available on various online and offline bookstores and on her website.
