State Housing Company Limited (SHC) and Ghana Post have formed a partnership to streamline the delivery of parcels and other documents to State Housing Company customers.
This service eliminates the need for customers to visit the company’s offices to sign or collect documents such as leases and permits.
Instead, Ghana Post will
securely deliver these documents to the customers’ preferred locations.
Mr. Kwabena Ampofo Appiah, Managing Director of SHC, expressed the company’s aim to reduce customer inconvenience and revealed plans for the company to go digital in 2024 for an improved customer experience.
On his part, Bice Osei Kuffour, MD of Ghana Post, expressed satisfaction with the partnership and highlighted the installation of parcel drop boxes in SHC estates as a positive development.
Ghana Post aspires to become the leading courier service provider in Ghana.
SHC, under the current leadership, has undertaken several projects across the country including Greater Accra, Ashanti, Volta, Western North, Western, and Upper East regions among other regions.
Currently, SHC is undertaking an ambitious housing project at Amasaman where thousands of families would be housed.
