Isaac Tetteh
Former Accra Hearts of Oak board member, Isaac Tetteh (TT Brothers), has called on followers of Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko to rally support for each other in their respective African campaigns.
The two big clubs in the country extend their rivalry beyond the borders of the land in their international assignments.
However, the president of Uncle T United believes if their faithful support each other in Africa, they will produce good results.
He said in an interview, “Followers of Hearts and Kotoko should support each other in Africa, it is so important. When they do that, they will go far.
“We all know the rivalry that exists between the two, but l see it as a different ball game all together when they are on the African terrain.”
He advised the two sides to work extra hard to make impact in this year’s campaigns.
While Kotoko, winners of the just-ended league will represent the country in the CAF Champions League, Hearts will do same in the CAF Confederations Cup competition, having won the FA Cup at the expense of Bechem United in Kumasi few weeks ago.
