The Trust Specialist Hospital in Accra has redesigned its website to allow its customers to easily access its numerous modern services.
Dr Darius Osei, General Manager in charge of Medical Services, said the move would enable the clients to engage the hospital using any communication device at home, workplace or access information on the website.
Additionally, he said clients would now have access to a myriad of tools to make their interactions with the hospital’s staff and facilities easy.
“In this 21st century, queuing to see a doctor is a thing of the past. We have placed a lot of emphasis on our appointment portal. Clients who want to see any specialist do not have to come all the way to the hospital to book an appointment. All you need is any communication device and access to internet which is almost accessible by most people in Ghana presently.”
The online appointment Portal – www.thetrusthospital.com – is a one-stop destination for all appointment in any of the hospital’s clinics – Physician Specialist, Gynae, Well Woman and Pediatrician, among others.
Also, the website will serve as a source for the latest hospital news such as new services, clinics, events, expansions and facility upgrades, new service coming to any of our satellite clinics and available job opportunities.
Dr Osei said though the Trust Hospital has been weaned off SSNIT, its parent company, its vision to become a leading player in healthcare service industry in Ghana has not changed.
“We have continued to be one of the first ports of call for efficient yet cost effective quality health facility. Being in operation for over 20 years, our clients are spread all over the capital due to intercity migration,” he mentioned, adding that “in order for us to serve our entire clientele base, we instituted the Satellite Clinics to provide the same high quality healthcare service to those who may not be able to commute to the heart of the city for care. This has improved our quality of work and it has paid off at the end of the day.”
The Trust Hospital has partnered Brainwave Medical Group from South Africa for the establishment of a private dialysis treatment centre for the treatment of kidney and liver diseases.
