Award-winning media personality and philanthropist, Vanessa Gyan, is gearing up to host the second edition of ‘The Modern Day Mom Brunch’.
Just in time for the holiday season, the mother of two will be celebrating the gift of motherhood in an experience like no other. Just as COVID shook the entire world, Gyan first launched The Modern Day Mom Enterprise as a haven for mothers during an unknown time.
Since then, the brand has expanded beautifully. In 2022, Vanessa successfully premiered the first ever mommy-focused reality show, Modern Day Moms of Accra, airing locally on DGN and internationally on Von TV, Amazon Fire, Apple TV and Roku.
In this same year, Vanessa opened The Modern Day Mom/Toddler Boutique in East Legon. A boutique that stocks specialty products geared to making the lives of both mothers and children easier. The boutique is also known to stock the most top-rated mother and child necessities, clothes, and more.
In 2023, The Modern Day Mom brand continued to grow as Vanessa launched the first ever mommy-related podcast in Ghana, 100% ‘Mommyfied’. Vanessa knew there was a market for mommy content as it had never been done before in Ghana and she truly struck gold.
2023 has continued to be an exciting year as the first edition of The Modern Day Mom Brunch was held. It was a day filled with love and support leaving the mamas wanting more.
On December 9, The Modern Day Mom Brunch dubbed, ‘The Holiday Edition’, will be held at the beautiful Coco Vanilla, Adjiringanor, and attendees are in for a beautiful experience.
“It’s all about celebrating the gift of motherhood. It’s all about filling up the cups of my attendees. Motherhood is not easy but it truly is the most rewarding job ever,” said Gyan.
