A rich cultural display heralded Ga West Heritage Show held in Amasaman.
The programme sought to primarily inculcate in school children, in and around Ga West, virtues, with emphasis on the Greater Accra Minister’s ‘Clean Your Frontage’ campaign.
The school children, comprising toddlers, primary and JHS, depicted the sanitation campaign in a special cultural display and poem recital. It was Surest Start Montessori that emerged as the overall best school among the 32 first cycle institutions.
Participating schools received prizes like certificates, plaques and trophies.
The Early Child Education Coordinator, Madam Grace Adutwum, highly commended the kids for their brilliant display.
Director of Education, Ga West, Reverend Peter Atta Bilson, also hailed the kids for their excellent display.
