Popular Ghanaian artistes, Edem, Epixode and Togbe Ghana, have been named the headline artistes for the upcoming musical concert dubbed, “HoodTalk Music Festival” in Ho, in the Volta Region.
Organised by DreamChild Foundation in partnership with Virtual Hub, the event which will feature two guest artistes, is slated for November 18, 2023, at the Jubilee Park.
DreamChild Foundation is an NGO committed to help provide adequate healthcare, education and other support services to African children.
Its ‘HoodTalk’ project has already received endorsement from the Office of the President, and the NGO is also engaged with raising funds to build five paediatric clinics across Ghana at the cost of $14m.
It also aims to help unite voices for the betterment of the African child, and also help empower and support African children by harnessing the power of music and arts through community engagement.
Edem, who is one of Ghana’s prolific performers, is expected to treat music lovers in Ho to some pulsating performances at the event.
The Ho edition of the HoodTalk Music Festival will also give music fans the opportunity to meet and interact with top celebrated musicians billed to rock the event.
According to the organisers, the headline artistes will share the stage with some of the Volta Region-based artistes such as Agbesi, Gabanki, Kpeseboi, Tuff B, Israel Maweta and Comedian Paper to thrill music fans with their various songs.
Others are Zygee, Rizzlah Stylah, Kush Elikem, Fiamor, Kofi Bright, Rasta Boy, Kayrien, Yaw Darlington and a host of others.
