Media General’s TV3 Network, organisers of Ghana’s Most Beautiful (GMB) pageant, has announced that this year’s edition of the annual event will be launched on Sunday, July 11 in Accra.
This year’s event, which is on the theme: “Redefining True Beauty”, will run from July 11 to October 3 where 16 contestants will exhibit their knowledge, skills, talent, and carry out education of the rich Ghanaian culture.
The competition promises nothing but the best of television content to viewers of TV3.
Addressing the media ahead of the event, the General Manager of Media General Television, Mr. Francis Doku, said: “GMB is a platform for showcasing the rich Ghanaian culture.
The General Manager, who mentioned that GMB is one of the shows put together by his outfit, however, promised Ghanaians and fans that they will ensure that “we have the most exciting and refreshing programme that will promote culture.”
According to him, “We believe that this season will be another great season, adding “We have gone round the country and chosen the best girls so we are poised for another great season of Ghana’s Most Beautiful and great quality content.”
He, therefore, promised sponsors of this year’s pageant attractive packages and guaranteed results.
Ghana’s Most Beautiful is a platform for showcasing and educating members of the general public on the rich Ghanaian culture and other elements shared by members of various societies in all the regions across the country.
Over the past few years, the reality show managed to produce queens who had taken on different projects relating to Ghana’s development agenda.
The selected contestants are allowed to research their regions to inform the general public in a live weekly presentation.
