VIVO ENERGY has opened its refurbished Shell Service Station at Tesano near Accra to serve its teeming customers at Tesano, Abeka, Achimota and its environs.
Ben Hassan Ouattara, Managing Director of Vivo Energy Ghana, said management of Vivo Energy decided to refurbish the Tesano Shell service station with the introduction of a new shop format called ‘Generation 5’, a renowned quick service restaurant partner (Starbite) and a car washing bay.
“The re-opening of Tesano Shell service station, with all the new offerings, is testament to the convenience and variety that we want to bring to our customers. The investments in introducing the new shop format, car wash bay and restaurant partner demonstrates Vivo Energy Ghana’s commitment to developing its business in Ghana and to continue to exceed the expectations of our cherished customers.”
“It further reiterates Vivo Energy’s leading position in convenience retailing in the energy sector, within the country, and across Africa at large,” he noted.
Mr Ouattara said the re-launch of the Tesano Shell service station, was in line with Vivo’s objective to continually lead the innovation drive to meet the changing needs of our customers.
Vivo Energy Ghana currently has more than 230 Shell service stations, with the majority offering convenience retail stores and other NFR services. “Our objective is to expand our retail network by bringing new and exciting shop formats and other services that provide customers with more options, offerings and experiences.”
