Africa’s confirmed cases of Covid-19 have risen to 116,049.
The Africa Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (AfricaCDC) announced this in a tweet on May 26.
According to the AfricaCDC, 46,714 recoveries from the infection have also been recorded.
Meanwhile, the death toll for the Continent has increased to 3,488 within the same period.
